I read this story a couple of days ago and did not submit to the blog mainly because I was confident the guy had one of these. During the summer months, one newspaper in the area devotes an entire section to valid CA licensed driver's who run through the front of businesses. Taking away their memberships is rarely the cause because these people, first of all, have no idea what membership means and second, they can't even.

A motivational message on the gym's wall reads: "Set some goals. Then demolish them."
A lawyer could argue he was just following instructions on the demolishing part.
