I wonder why this never happens in the Chicago River

So the term, "You're in deep Kaka" originated in Australia. That fits, including the "Du-du" part. (Not everyone there has time to write the second 'Du')

There must be some subtle difference between the Chicago River and the South Alligator River.

Thanks for straightening that out, Le Petomane. I was just about to ask.

Those shoes are dangerous.
