This guy's real name has to be Norman Bates the Fourth.

Is that an euphemism for something?

On second thought - I don't want to know.

Best reader comment: "Even by Florida Man standards, this story is weird."

markhh, I had the same question but, like you, I don't want to know the answer. Time for Mom to kick him out of the basement.

Another vote for not wanting to know what that euphemism was about.

Please don't let it be Boynton Beach (just asking for a friend.)

Minimal coverage while pubic interest remains blurry.

Re Marc's comment:

Years ago my wife went to a union meeting for soon-to-be-retired NYC teachers. She jokingly asked the union guy why they don't have a community in Florida just for retired teachers.

He said, "We do. It's called Boynton Beach."

She never should have unlocked the basement door.

Re: Jeff Meyerson's comment:

Wow that is spooky. According to my mom, Boynton Beach is also a place for retired Plainview, NY teachers. (just saying.)
