Years ago my wife went to a union meeting for soon-to-be-retired NYC teachers. She jokingly asked the union guy why they don't have a community in Florida just for retired teachers.

Wow that is spooky. According to my mom, Boynton Beach is also a place for retired Plainview, NY teachers. (just saying.)
