I once caught a patient in my ER puffing away on a cigarette WHILE HE WAS ON 3 LITERS OF OXYGEN! I ran into the room, grabbed the stogie from his mouth and yelled, "ARE YOU COMPLETELY OUT OF YOUR MIND, Senator?"
