The kid should have told his parents he was having his place fumigated. Then, when they said they were coming anyway, put up some yellow plastic plastic over the doors and windows and some hazardous materials signs.
This worked for Walter White to protect his "activities" and the brainless student wouldn't have wound up behind bars. Don't they teach anything worthwhile in that school?
