IRONICALLY CAUSED BY THE VERY SAME MOON THEY WERE WATCHING

An SUV ended up in the water at a Florida beach when its occupants were too distracted by the lunar eclipse to watch the tide.

Is this what they refer to as a dangerous Florida beach "under-tow"?

"Hello, AAA? I need like maybe a tow. I think I might, you know, maybe flooded the engine or something."

Possibly the eclipse watchers were higher than the tide?
