Old Howie Mandel joke - I saw him back in the '80's:
"I went into my daughter's room, and I saw pieces of her Mr. Potato Head on the floor. So I ate an arm. Then I ate a leg. Then I ate the other arm, and then the other leg. And the eyes, nose, mouth, and ears. Then the next day I made a Mr. S#!+Head."

And we need to know this...why?

How does one sign up for focus groups like this? I'm asking for a friend.

Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a LEGO head to pass through an adult human digestive tract.

@Funny man

I have been waiting for years to know this.

I'm betting most parents could already answer this question...

What are they going to time next... basketballs ?

I could have told them this without all of the research. Legos, three days. Bubblegum takes seven days even though most people thinks it takes seven years.

Based on our son's experience with a Hungry Hungry Hippo's marble, about 2 days.

My late pooch recycled pennies, broken balloons, crayons, and, one memorable Christmas, the contents of a bowl of red and green foiled Hershey Kisses. (And, yes, my vet got so that he refused to come to the phone when I called, and instead instructed his assistant to tell me "don't worry, the dog will pass it" if said object or objects was smaller than a golf ball.)
