For years, someone (or someones) has been keeping their Vaseline on and around the median of 68th St. NE, a five-lane road in Calgary, Alberta...sending local residents down slippery slopes of speculation.
Like many issues, after years of neglect, someome finally notices. Many times it takes years before government acts or pays up. But step on government toes...and begin your woes!
