Perhaps Hermosa Beach could ask for assistance from Redono Beach to help rid the community of these annoying outlaws.

Worst crime is when they finish their workouts. They stretch into their billboard spandex and bicycle to the green smoothie joint while disdainfully blocking traffic.

Starting in Feb. 2018, neighbors have logged complaints ranging from “loud music”, “massive shakes”, and “weights dropping” as early as 6:30 a.m. and as late as nearly 8 p.m., emails released by the city show.
Nut isn't that WHY you have to exercise? To play loud music, have massive shakes and still drop weight was certainly the thinking Richard Simmons used to his "advantage."
