Are you freaking kidding me?
"Listen, we decided the drive wasn't dangerous enough, so we're going to remove the guardrails, OK?"

Compared to Interstate 95... piece of cake.

Sure, going that way..but what about going the other way?

The bet could not possibly big enough!

Loved the sporadic guardrail wires and the spare tire by the side of the road, which is aesthetically pleasing as well as practical.
Also noticed the beautifully framed honorary Florida driver license posted on the inside of the vehicle.

I would hope for a rest area as one would surely be needed.
The ear popping would also be stupendous.

Good thing he had his wipers on.

Or wasn’t petting a cat backwards

Then to realize it's one of their overloaded jitney buses. Guess the weight helps keep it on the road. Check the guy, outside, hanging on the back. Tour Nepal, see the beauty, see the chasm.

I have to wonder what's considered to be bad driving conditions.

I'll wait for the drought before driving that road. Then again, maybe I'll just stay home, instead. I live in a flat place.

I suspect this is the route to the road engineer's mother-in-law's house.

It would be fun to send the driver a text message to see if he replies.

That road needs an inflatable whale for the tourists from Oregon.

This brings back memories of my younger days and driving Black Bear Pass outside of Ouray, Colorado. We usually had enough beer to keep from being frightened. In the 1960's there was a crude sign at the bottom of the pass someone had posted that read: "Some Survive."

Thanks, Burt - that movie quote made me smile.

Loudmouth I'd rather be the guy hanging onto the back. That way you could jump off before the car goes over the edge.
This looks a lot like I-77 last week after we had 5" of rain in one hour. In conditions like that our weather people always say, "Turn around, don't drown". I wonder what they'd say in a situation like this?

Would love to see the Google Street View car drive that road.

Turn around. Seriously, just turn around. nursecindy said so.

@nursecindy--I believe the people who didn't turn around after a 5" rain in one hour said, "glub!"

At 1:02, you can see the first-class passengers. The ones riding in coach are visible at 1:14 — those that are left, anyway. Scary.
