That's a pretty serious quack up. ( Sorry )

Where the *hell* is the Oregon Department of Transportation?

Frank -- the ODOT is trying to get its ducks in a row.

Frank--We offered to take care of the matter, but China has imposed a huge tariff on dynamite.

"Mister policeman, I was driving truck fine when someone yelled and ask helper what was in truck, I didn't know. The helper yelled 'DUCK.' I ducked and then this happen."

Now renamed the Sal Monella Freeway.

Does this settle the causality dilemma?

Suddenly, I feel a lot better about my job. Thanks, Internet!

The driver was heard to exclaim something about, "duckring eggs"!

Huge quack-up!
