Somehow it's not surprising that extensive psychological testing of squirrel behavior was carried out by scientists at Berkeley, California. After all, who could be better qualified to understand squirrels?

I'm working under the theory that it is a means of communication similar to how we use radio waves. Although I haven't yet cracked the code I think they are transmitting information about humans back to headquarters.
