Well, if you're dead, you can't reproduce...

The author must've been on quite a deadline to close that informative article with, "We'll just have to wait and see."

I agree fully with C. Robbin. Death pretty much takes care of the need for birth control. Also the human testing for potency of a highly toxic poison used on arrows would be akin to the guys who wrote the "Guide to Edible Mushrooms." Note the use of plural in "guys," There is a lesson here.

It's rather sad that this form of male contraception depends on poisoning your arrow...

You have to nuke the site from orbit, it's the only way to be sure.

I'll just cross my legs, thank you.
