First we had the sausage roll inside the nativity scene, now this. It's leading to an infinite matryoshka-doll regress of Inception pork. Which I'd recommend as a last-minute gift from Hickory Farms, by the way.

Darn it, I grew up having Kielbasa at least once a week, but have never heard of Kielbasa Wellington. Now I'm hungry!

Kielbasa Wellington? Been Polish for 72 years. Seen way more than my share of kielbasa, but never heard of a Kielbasa Wellington.
That thing would better be described as a sausage and pepper hot pocket.
