I still think we need a Constitutional Amendment protecting the right to drop turkeys from aircraft, especially since all our other problems in the country have been fixed sort of.

"Oh, the humanity!"

FAA regulations:

No pilot in command of a civil aircraft may allow any object to be dropped from that aircraft in flight that creates a hazard to persons or property. However, this section does not prohibit the dropping of any object if reasonable precautions are taken to avoid injury or damage to persons or property.

Those regulations are contained within the "FAR AIM", which in this case, might be inappropriate

Economists talk about "helicopter money", money thrown from helicopters to stimulate the economy. Will this be banned ?

Plop. Heeeey, that's not stuffing.

However the NRA will stand with to exercise your constitutional right to launch turkeys from a cannon.

That's "stand with YOU to.."

Cannonballs to Butterballs.

Most of these turkeys are 'done' in about 5 seconds.

Maybe if they strapped tiny parachutes...no, the turkeys would forget to pull the rip cord.
