Important safety tip:
Do not use your flame enhanced bagpipe while driving a motor vehicle. At least not if you like the people in the back seat.

He was also eating a haggis at the time.

I've been to Dunedin, New Zealand. They built the pretty, colorful town to remind them of Scotland.
Interestingly, the cruise excursion we took at Dunedin was the "Pub Crawl". So, AMHBI. Also, the cruise workers said that this excursion was always a sellout... :)

It was the last place left for him to practice.

Alien: AMHBI wins the new "AOTW" (Acronym of the Week) award. Well done!

Maybe his car radio was broken?

Playing bagpipes while driving is a hanging offense in Texas. Adding an additional charge of eating haggis while driving and playing bagpipes----well, let's just leave that as something you really don't want to know.

Merely walking with pipes while playing is an affront and a felonious offense to the public ear. Further endangering the ears and other public (yes, I spelled that carefully) body parts by driving while playing is reckless and malicious.

I thought I saw that guy yesterday in Dunedin! Then I noticed it was in Dunedin, NZ not Dunedin, FL. Now I'm wondering what the guy I saw was playing ...

That gives me a great idea! I've always thought my Honda Civic's horn was weak and ineffective. If it was replaced with bagpipes, people would definitely get out of the way.

@Stixnstonz - I suspect you will get to witness from close-at-hand numerous acts of road-rage.

At least he wasn't texting!

If he could recite Burn's "Tam O'Shanter" he should be released.

He was released after playing Oh Danny Boy.

I haven't heard that euphemism before.
