Czechs make the best beer in the world, in my opinion.
One is the original Pilsner (Pilsner Urquell), made in Plzen (Pilsen in German), and the original Budweiser (now know as Czech Budweiser or Budvar), made in České Budějovice (Budweis in German). There are also hundreds or local breweries.
German names are because then the Czech Republic was under Austro-Hungarian Empire rule.
