CANADA: LAND OF MOUNTING TENSIONS

Easton wrote Mourant a note after he saw an adult verbally harass the officer for practising his bagpipes while walking in the neighbourhood.

You know what would have meant even more? Next time - and there will be a next time - leave him a gift haggis.

I have decided to take up the Blog's recommendation on this one. The Blog's advice is usually useful.

That's crime control in Canada. RCMP cops playing bagpipes on the beat. Nobody loiters when he's near.

Kinda' like discouraging unruly teens from loitering in McD's by playing Barry Manilow albums.

The ideal song with bagpipes would be one where the bagpipes remain silent until just before the end. Kinda' like this one.

Warning: may contain kilts.

Practice, man, practice,
