The snake is planning a lawsuit also. Claims it was disturbed by the inability to eat a good meal at a "reknown steakhouse."

Try to give some people an authentic Texas experience and they get all bent out of shape about it. I bet they didn't even tip the waiter before the ambulance took her away.

I agree with nuresecindy. People just don't enjoy the experience of dining out anymore. However. in frugal New Mexico the little lady would have been bitten by a large rattler which would have been added to the menu as "Tonight's special."
