In Texas, the fact it was a green chili cheeseburger the penalty would be increased to a hanging offense.

In Oklahoma it would be a drawn-and-quartered, THEN hanging offense.

I was thinking the same - who in his sane mind would eat a green chile cheesburger?? Are those poeple suicidal?

@Qaz- When it comes to hot chili it could be an acquired
loss of taste.
