Not sure why but I laughed my ass off at that one. Reminded me of too many cartoons I'd seen as a kid. Totally hilarious.

OK, Wesley, as your confidence building coach, today I want you to take a selfie with a bear. Find a female bear with at least one cub. Position yourself between the mommy bear and the cub and snap away. I promise you that after this exercise you will never be frightened of a rat again.

The lad appears to be autistic to me. The cat and mouse seem normal, though with the boy in such a frenzied state, they should try to keep better company.
