I love that he "destroyed her relationship with her daughter" so she wanted him dead. Didn't Mom having an affair with him do that? Or is it just, as long as she didn't find out, everything is OK?

So she says she wanted him to die but the officers don't believe her and charge her with assault without intent to kill? What constitutes intent in Florida?

Here in New Mexico anyone using a Mercedes Benz in the commission of a crime is also charged with assault by an expensive weapon.
