Florida driving procedure:
Step 1- put on blindfold
Step 2 - put vehicle in gear, hit accelerator
Step 3 - wait for ambulance/reporters

My favorite story is still the one told by my late father in law's friend, whose car was smashed into by an older lady. When he asked, didn't she see him, she said, "I'm legally blind."
And yet she kept driving. My in-laws' neighbor got his license renewed by mail, at age 95...for 10 years!

I think B. Traven may have gotten the idea for a famous line in has novel, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre by modifying one he heard in Florida many times: "A LICENCE? we don't need no stinkin' license.

Thanks to the Blog whenever I see a car with Florida license plates I make sure to stay at least 2 car lengths away from them. If that's not possible, I pull over and wait until they're gone.
