The caller also noted that per USGA rule 107.4-107.7, the gentleman should be penalized two strokes for grounding his club in a hazard. The Tega Cay Police then fined the caller for excessive euphemisms, and giggling to a law enforcement officer.

Reminds me of the young lady taking golf lessons. Her first time on the course she got stung by a bee and ran to the clubhouse for treatment.
Her pro asked, "what's wrong?"
"I got stung by a bee!"
"Where?"
" Between the first and second hole."
"Your stance is too wide." the pro said.

There are somewhere around 2,500 golf courses in Horry County, SC. It would take years for this couple to play through all the holes on all the courses here.
