A witness told police that she was sitting on a bench with her child when Whyard approached them “yelling obscenities and wanting to fight her and her 2-year-old daughter,” the report said.
"Either that, or I'll just fight the kid," she added.

When I worked at the mental hospital we used to say there are people who go crazy when they drink and there are crazy people who drink. With the possible addition of drugs, this gal has all bases covered.
But she really does need forced into treatment.
