Test him for drugs and X-ray the pogo stick.

Ralph, back in high school a kid modified an air operated tamper to work as a pogo stick. A few tried it and no one got hurt (amazingly). But just when they got the thing going good, it ran out of hose.
Generally a boomerang is more fun than a pogo stick.
