Ott's ex-girlfriend called police Saturday night after he allegedly showed up to her work, punched her in the head and dragged her through a store. He then locked himself in the porta potty.

Just put a chain around the thing and wait until he begs to be let out. Eighth Amendment doesn't mention porta potties.

I agree with both of you. Chain it closed and also plug up the little swirly vent at the top.

The cops did need to chain the door shut and then shake the potti really hard for a while. Most people have heard the term, "dipped in sh*t," but this guy deserves a demonstration.
