This story is hard to swallow. Hey I was first.

Ulf Bottolfs Andersen, chairman of the condo association, said officials are considering adjusting the sensitivity of the sensors to prevent the birds from operating the doors on their own.

Pshaw! You think that will stop them?

The residents of the building in Tonsberg said swallows used to follow their cars through the garage doors so they could build nests away from predators, but the birds have now mastered the art of opening the doors themselves.

Things will get interesting when the predators learn the same technique.

In Norway I would assume they were European swallows.

Birdie gets smarter, human gets dumber...don't think that this is quite what Darwin reckoned on.

Now that Ralph has mentioned European Swallows, the question becomes how many swallows will it take to drop a coconut on a BMW? Swallows, especially the European variety seem to be real troublemakers.
