Backyard chickens could soon be banned in the nation's capital

Despite his death, former D.C. mayor Marion Barry offered to snort the Barnyard Chickens in hopes of helping to bring back a sense of pride to the D.C. area.

Apparently, they're not welcome on the commuter train to Sidney, either...

I saw Backyard Chickens open for The Dixie Chicks.

Went out for omelets later.

".... believes that the chickens are good for the environment and considers them family members."

Sounds better than considering family members to be chickens.

The mayor in a fowl mood.

I understand a certain Colonel in a white suit is behind the bill.

All your backyard chickens is belong to us.

Chickens everywhere breathe a sigh of relief.
