“At approximately 3:32 p.m. on March 22, officers were dispatched to the report of two subjects allegedly engaged in sexual activity in public view,” Arlington County Police said in a crime report. “As officers were conducting the investigation, the female subject charged at the officer and struck him repeatedly.”

David, I think that's a popular condo development in Arlington.

No Fixed Address? Sounds a lot like Flathead.

No fixed address? The E911 system is supposed to fix address problems like duplicate street names or homonyms, but in some places politics causes problems when people don't like the changes and attack government officials for excessive regulation.

The obvious answer is to build a wall.
