At approximately 8:02 p.m. Friday, Rochester Police responded to Herbert's Barber Shop..
No sane barber shop in the Western world should be open this late. Most shops in my areas close at 5 pm, and 6pm on Saturdays.

After record-breaking temperatures here in NH, what's left of the snow has been melted and refrozen at night into granular ice. It's heavy, hard, and sharp. Using it as a weapon is barbarous.
