I'm all in on Squirrel Appreciation day.
Cut them up in quarters, rub oil and rub with parsley, oregano, salt and pepper and then bake them at 350 for about 25 minutes (check them after about 20).
Mmmm, mmmmm. Delicious.
I can't wait for Hassenf... Rabbit Appreciation day!
