When any person attempts to quantify a cat, they need to research what other experts have said about them.
Mark Twain comes to mind.
"A cat is more intelligent than most people believe, and can be taught any crime".
--"If man could be crossed with a cat it would improve man, but deteriorate the cat".

Because blaming cats never turned out badly. Certainly not in medieval Europe, for example.
