Simple solution is to just let a snake loose in the car. Mouse problem solved.

Why would the mouse want to leave her car on the side of a highway? Take it to Disney World.

I knew someone who found a mouse in her car; after the mouse had left, she was still worried because "it might have already laid eggs."
