When a friend had a colonoscopy done, he asked the doctor for a certificate to show his wife saying he did not find his head up there. This head up the bum malady must be more common than I realized.

Re: colonoscopy- I had it done without anesthesia, and I asked the doctor if he could save the photos so I could send them as postcards to my friends and family withe a quote "Wish You were Here".
