WE MIGHT AS WELL SHRED THE CONSTITUTION

A federal appeals court has upheld the petty misdemeanor arrest of an Albuquerque student accused of repeatedly disrupting his middle-school class with loud burps.

Man, Dave would have spent most of his high school years in the slammer if this was in effect at the time.

At least it was only burping. It could have been much, much worse!

Farting will bring in the EPA SWAT team (is anything really more stupid) now.

If someone had pulled that kid's finger, he would have been tasered. Sad commentary on the school system we have today.

I think this may have been the first school behavior incident in which expulsion came before the decision.

He could have been the next George Carlin, but now he has a record, IYKWIM.

That's why we still need the death penalty.

Everyone knows it was really the cafeteria lady's fault. Her food has really been terrible lately.
