First, make sure your squirrel is already de-boned. Boning squirrels is no picnic. Trust me on this.
After you've hit the squirrel in the head with a frying pan, spread it out on a fence rail to cure. Give it an hour or two.
Then get some beer and ice cream, and wait for the squirrel to rise. It will do so slowly. Be ready to hit it with the frying pan again.
Repeat five times. Then your squirrel is ready to bake. But don't do that. Get pizza.
