I think it's a typo. It was supposed to read winch or wench. The news industry has all but eliminated editors.

This guy got lucky. As every mechanic knows, you can't normally catch grouper with a regular no. 11 wrench. A torque wrench with a gauge-reading of between 158 and 210 foot-pounds, applied ..... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

It was 11mm--you can see it on the video. Don't know why he said "A lot of mechanics know that you don't really use an 11 for anything". Sounds like he doesn't even know what it is.

MOTW, I saw a comment on another story where they said stories like that just board them and they wish they'd quit putting boaring stories on that site. I wanted to find them and hit them with a board. If someone would come forward and state they were running for president and their first priorty would be to make mistakes like that a felony I would definitely vote for them. In fact I'd probably vote for them more than once. Dave?

I am beginning to understand. You fish for grouper using an 11MM metric box end wrench and a big poll. When you catch one, you wrench it in using a wench. Then you filet it on a wooden bored. Nursecindy is right, lots of misteakes in writing nowadays and I'm glad it's nearly happy hour.....
