St. Pete resident David Smith is accused of stalking his ex, humping stop sign in front of her home

For such an article, "St. Pete resident" really doesn't do it. "Florida Man" conveys so much more...

He was trying to change it from Stop to Yield

I thought only Wednesdays were hump days...

I suppose using signs could improve romance. But not if they're surrogates.

I would have made him pick up the trash before they took him to jail. I'm with MOTW. This man needs some serious help.

Florida sounds like a swinging place.

The children are expected to be red faced with oddly shaped heads.

I guess he didn't see the irony of humping a stop sign.

The "Soft Shoulders" sign might have been a little more inviting...but, probably just as uncomfortable.

A little paint and a Bump sign can be turned into a... You get the idea.

I'm guessing that's why the story came from ABCactionnews
