A recent analysis of big data by Central Nippon Expressway Co. (NEXCO Central) has revealed that more and more men tend to prefer cubicles over urinals in restrooms.

There's 'business' and then there's business for the restroom.
How to encourage folks to limit their restroom 'business' to elimination or evacuation? Why not just disrupt Wi-Fi signals to public restrooms?
