This was clearly a premature discharge from a weapon with no safety. Having protection is always a good idea.

I'm surprised to hear Dave hasn't heard this usage of the term. Does this mean he hasn't heard of Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, 10-Piece, etc. as euphemisms for, er, Bob's Big Boy?
