FLORIDA COLLECTIVE PRACTICES UPDATE

A roofer who told his client, “Don’t be a f-----g schlub, pay your f-----g bill,” did not violate the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, a Miami-Dade circuit appellate panel decided.

The guy can't pay his bill but apparently he's got money to pay an attorney. I have no sympathy. I would have hired a couple of large guys named Lenny to handle the collection.

Maybe he added, "Merry f-----g Christmas, pal!"

Big deal. I used to tell people this in the emergency room all the time.
