Sounds like my noisy neighbors upstairs--I live in a multi unit apartment complex. How complex? Complain about anything and suddenly management doesn't understand English. But thank god we only have tiny spiders. (They charge new tennants extra for them.)

At least the police report confirmed that it was a 'rather large' spider. So he's got that going for him.
