Wow. By coincidence the main source for the article was a friend of ours from college. We haven't seen her in nearly 40 years. She's lived in the same house for her entire life.

This is a major New York State problem, not just in the City. My sister in Buffalo had a mystery mad pooper defile one of the closets at her workplace. The State Health Department sent a team to investigate.
