Indeed. As I might have mentioned (these brain cells are OLD), I saw The Beatles at Carnegie Hall on February 12, 1964.
And keep off my lawn!

Chicago, Beach Boys, John Denver, Ike and Tina Turner Review, and a few others I don't remember. Years ago I went with some friends to a place in Charlotte called Country City. None of us were crazy about country music but we'd heard there was a new singer that was really good. It was Randy Travis before he became famous. He was a nice guy too. Another friend told me when he and some buddies were on their way to Woodstock they stopped to eat at a small diner. The place was full so when a wild looking young black man asked if he could sit with them they said okay. They talked for about an hour and never got his name. They found out later he was actually Jimi Hendrix. He thanked them for their hospitality during the concert.
Also, I want this shirt.

Drank from a bottle of wine being passed through the crowd at a Rod Stewart concert. Understood the meaning of life and my purpose being the chosen one.

I never met Hendrix, but I did meet Norman Clopton. Hell of a guitar player.
