However, contrary to what he told two devout followers, we can be pretty sure of three things: he was not, in fact, part alien, was not sent to Earth to save us all, and did not work for the CIA.
How do we know this isn't the CIA's way of covering up the fact he was part alien?

There have been lots of "aliens" throughout the 60's and 70's: Tiny Tim, Andy Warhol, Yoko Ono, David Bowie, Bai Ling, and my 8th grade algebra teacher.
