A convicted drug dealer from England refused to travel to Wales for his sentencing because he can't understand the local accent.

If he commits a crime anywhere in the UK, his DNA and fingerprints are now on record. He can't escape the prints of Wales.

And let me say as a person of Welsh descent, I can assure you that the struggle is real. The Welsh language and accent are borderline incomprehensible.

It coulda been worse. He could have been tried in Glasgow.
