You know, if that dentist who killed a lion had killed a drone instead, he might be hailed a hero. At least the world would not be upset at all with him!

Unless there is a specific local law, in the U.S. you don't own the airspace over your house any more than you own the parking space on a public road in front of it. You may not like it, but if you make yourself visible to the public from any direction expect to be seen. What do you think the NSA pervs do all day with their satellites? Europeans have greater privacy rights.
