He insists it is not a bid to make the test easier. It is more about pulling out questions not be clearly worded.

That clears that up!

Any Floridian who fails their driving test will immediately be given a CA license and told, "I dare you to move there." If those who fail are not already a citizen, they will be given all the privileges immediately.

"Most of it was basic common knowledge," Cross said.

There's yer problem right there.

Having spent 4 hours at the local DMV yesterday, I can only quote one of the opening lines from the movie _One Trick Pony_, starring Paul Simon:

"I understand, and I sympathize."

But I passed my test, missing exactly...none. West Coast freeways, watch out!

Not be clearly? Mr. Language Person, please explain the proper usage of this term.

I always thought FL driving was Darwinian.

"We're not trying to make it easy. We're just eliminating any questions that people get wrong."

I think they should go to some variation of a Rorschach test.

Written test? Don't they have an app for that yet? You know, the kind you can do while driving. Like texting. That way you can do the knowledge test AND the driving test at the same time. Seems to me, it would save everyone some time.

Florida has a driving test?

Florida has a driver license?

I thought the only failures were the ones who couldn't reload and change lanes at the same time.

You mean besides gators, armadillos, snakes, spiders and swamps Florida has people? Who knew?

The question that always gets me is:
"you are driving down a poorly lit road when a lawyer suddenly steps out into the road. What would you do?"

1) slow down and try not to damage your car
2) speed up
3) nothing
4) back up
