THE YOUNG GENERATION

Today we're in New York to celebrate Dylan Maxwell Barry's first birthday. Here are some of his toys. Guess which one is his favorite.

The Stratocaster has been taken away?

Nothing beats an ice cold teething ring.

His gift... Or his destiny?

Max Headroom?

He's a year old already?!! Holy smokes.

Don't you mean #favoritetoy?

Happy Birthday Dylan Maxwell!!!! Time sure goes by fast. I bet he loves the new keyboard.....

At at year old, it is time for all Rob's electronics to be placed on a higher level shelf, lest they be covered in that mysterious substance known only as 'babyslime".
No one ever knows where babyslime comes from, but there are rumors that it oozes from their pores at night.

i like a man who appreciates a good set of nesting pans

Actually, he's probably just off-frame playing with the box the keyboard came in.

That's either an old keyboard for an early tablet, or
the remote for the Weinermobile. I'm guessing the latter...

Only good use for a DVORAK keyboard.

Gee another birthday today also. He's so cute Dave I bet you enjoyed the day. He probably likes the keyboard.

My bet is any piece of bubble wrap. Can't go wrong with that.

We certainly have provided you with beautiful weather. I join those who can't believe it has been a whole year already.

Time flies when you're old like us.

Happy birthday, Dylan.

Happy Birthday, Dylan!

I would have guessed a cardboard box, but there wasn't one pictured.

Hey Dylan, tell Grandpa Dave to format a perimeter.

*drinks*

Har, Jeff:-)

I have a friend whose 2 1/2 year old granddaughter just met her baby sister for the first time. She looked into the bassinet, left for a minute, and returned with her dad's cell phone and iPad, which she put on top of the baby and said, "There ya go!"

Let me know if Dylan finds the "any" key. I'm still looking for it.

I'm guessing the box that the keyboard came in.

On the internet, nobody knows you're a baby.

Even if you act like one.

Just make sure he doesn't get numlock jaw.

Of course, it actually does things!

We assume that by now Dylan can run rings around Daddy and Grampa in the world of technology and teething.

His first words will be "Format C:\".
